Duden's Return Policy

If you have a problem with an order, please contact our customer service at 800-334-4431.  Please have your invoice and/or packing slip ready.  We will allow returns for any item that we determine to have been defective before you received it.

All claims for shortages, etc. must be made within 5 business days of receiving your merchandise.  

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.  

All returns (excpet for defective product) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise and MUST be in the condition it was received in.  All clothing items must not have been worn and/or washed.

No returns will be accepted for custom items or clearance items.
